North Leigh manager Mark Gee says a different formation has been crucial to their recent upturn in form in the Southern League. The West Oxfordshire side are unbeaten in their last three games, and Gee says it has vindicated his decision to change their shape.
"We have gone to a 4-4-2 and the strikers have started scoring goals again," Gee told BBC Oxford. "We have also become harder to beat. We seem to learning as we go this year."
North Leigh are next in action against Bridgwater Town in Division One South & West on 7 March.
