Rampant Hinckley United thumped Stafford Rangers 4-0 on Monday night to move to within five points of the Blue Square North play-off places.
The Knitters, who also hit the woodwork four times in a one-sided match, went ahead through Adam Webster's penalty.
Andy Hall then headed in Webster's far-post cross to double the lead.
Callum Lloyd raced on to Webster's pass to make it 3-0 after the break and Lloyd capped a stunning team display by firing in a fine fourth from 25 yards.
