Draw keeps Welling in fifth spot

Welling United stayed in the play-off places in the Blue Square South with a 1-1 draw at home to Maidenhead United on Saturday.

Top scorer Charlie Sheringham got the goal that keeps the Wings in fifth place, a point above Maidenhead.

Bromley stayed in mid-table after a 2-0 home defeat by Hampton and Richmond.

In the Ryman Premier, runaway leaders Dover drew 0-0 at Ramsgate while Dartford moved to sixth with a 1-0 win at home to Maidstone United.

Tonbridge Angels are still third after beating Margate 1-0 at Longmead. Margate are now second-bottom in the table.

In the pick of the other games Ashford Town swapped places with Met Police in Ryman South after a 2-1 home win, Town are now third.
