Chambers is worried by the Bucks' recent form (OTMP)
AFC Telford United's assistant manager Larry Chambers says the character shown by his players has not been good enough in their recent run of poor form.
Telford's defeat at Fleetwood left them with only one point from a possible twelve in their last four league games.
Ahead of Tuesday's trip to Solihull, Chambers told BBC Radio Shropshire: "I want us to show more passion and desire. We're showing relegation form.
"As an individual and a club it is totally unacceptable."
The Bucks have lost to Stafford Rangers, Hyde and Fleetwood in the league in 2009 leaving them seven points behind league leaders Tamworth.
"The club deserves success and demands success," Chambers said.
"These players represent myself, Rob (Smith, the manager) and the club and the performances have got to be better."
Meanwhile the club have confirmed they will be appealing against James Meredith's sending off against Fleetwood.
