Worcester told to take wage cuts

Richard Dryden
Dryden cannot bring in new players.

Worcester City manager Richard Dryden and his players have been told to take a wage cut by the club's board.

The move comes after the club released midfielder Troy Wood, defender Jemiah Richards and scout Geoff Ashby to ease their financial burden.

Chairman Anthony Hampson met with Dryden this week, and all members of staff have been told cuts will be made.

Dryden has also been told he will not be able to bring in any new players at the moment.
