Alfreton Town manager Nicky Law is hoping his side can make history when they meet Bury Town in the first round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
The Reds have made it to the first round proper on four previous occasions but have never progressed any further.
Law told the club website: "A lot of our players have played in pressure games before and at the end of the day that's what this is.
"It's obviously a big day for us but it's every bit as big a day for them."
"We have had them watched twice and they are a team of good balance of youth and experience," said Law.
"They have got some good young individuals, they work hard, they have good organisation and they will be tough opponents."
