Fleetwood have signed Northern Ireland international defender Sean Webb from Iceland first division side Thorsport.
Webb, 25, previously played for Accrington before being released at the end of the 2007/08 season.
Fleetwood chairman Andy Pilley said: "It's fantastic to welcome someone with Sean's experience.
"He's wanted to move back to this area since going to Iceland and he fits the bill for our squad. This deal ticks all the boxes for both sides."
Webb, who has four Northern Ireland caps, began his career with Dungannon Swifts, making his senior debut in December 1999.
He had two spells with Ross County and one one with St Johnstone before moving to League Two side Accrington.
