Slater has been frustrated at Abingdon's lack of consistency.

Abingdon United manager Andy Slater says his players must find some consistency after some patchy form in the Southern League this season.

Abingdon have managed just two wins in eight games, and Slater told BBC Oxford his team have struggled to show their true potential in every game.

"One minute I think we have cracked it and we are playing really well. The next week I am left scratching my head.

"It is a bit of a lottery with us at the moment and we could do better."

Abingdon are currently 16th in Division One South & West after a 2-2 draw at Gosport on Saturday.
