Stefan Moore came off the bench to help Kidderminster come from behind to beat Ebbsfleet and move into the top six.
The away side opened the scoring when Ricky Shakes finished a Luke Moore cross at the near post.
Debutant substitute Moore then came on to instantly set up Neil MacKenzie for the Harriers equaliser before crossing for Brian Smikle to make it two.
Matt Barnes-Homer sealed the win with Harriers' third inside 11 minutes, coolly slotting into the bottom corner.
