Rob Smith has called on his Telford players to show a sharper edge in front of goal after the Bucks held on for a 2-1 win over Blyth Spartans.
"We've got to work harder to kill a game off, and I'm disappointed we conceded a goal at 2-0 up," the Bucks boss told BBC Radio Shropshire.
Martyn Naylor and Terry Fearns scored for Telford either side of half-time.
"It was another great finish from Fearns - but that's what he's here for," Smith added.
"And we've won the game - that's what it's all about. Seven points from our first three games is a great return."
