Richardson has also played for Oxfor and Forest Green Worcester City's latest recruit, Jon Richardson, has said he is looking forward to helping the club become a force in Blue Square South.
The 32-year-old centre back left Exeter City at the end of last season and he told BBC Hereford & Worcester he is keen to meet his new team-mates.
"Pre-season starts on 1 July and I'm looking forward to getting back to it.
"It will be good to meet all the new lads and hopefully we can have a good start to the new season."
