AFC Telford United defender Jimmy Turner is set to have a minor operation to help him recover from knee and ankle injuries he picked up last season.
The 24-year-old is due to have the operation on Tuesday and it is expected to take him two to three weeks to make a full recovery.
Telford manager Rob Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire: "Jimmy should be fit for pre-season training."
The Bucks' first pre-season friendly is against Stratford Town on 12 July.
Meanwhile defender Simon Forsdick and midfielder Gary Fitzpatrick are still recovering from injuries they picked up towards the end of last season.
Both players missed the Blue Square North play-off campaign which Telford lost to the eventual winners Barrow.
Smith said both players were still not fit but should be ready in time to start pre-season training.
