AFC Telford United have backed their management team with new contracts to keep them at the club until 2010.
Rob Smith and his assistant Larry Chambers have been rewarded for promotion last season, and reaching the Blue Square play-offs this time round.
"They are simply the best about and do a very difficult job very well," said Telford chairman Lee Carter.
"It's imperative the club has stability, and we are delighted they have agreed to stay here longer."
The pair, who were appointed in February 2006 after the dismissal of Bernard McNally, have enjoyed unparalleled success in their time in charge at the club.
They took over with Telford in 21st place in the Unibond Premier League and guided the Bucks to safety and an impressive 10th position.
The following season saw Telford promoted from the Unibond Premier after a thrilling play-off victory against Witton Albion.
Smith and Chambers then guided Telford to second position in their first season in the Blue Square North, where they were pipped by Barrow in the play-offs.
"They're brilliant to work with and they get the best out of everyone at the club," Carter added.
