Francis started the rout with a second-minute free-kick
King's Lynn are two points clear at the top of the Southern Premier Division with two games left after hammering fifth-placed Bashley 5-0 on Tuesday.
The convincing win in their final home game saw the Linnets overtake Team Bath in the race for a Conference spot.
The goals came from Joe Francis, Ben Sedgemore, an own goal, Danny Bloomfield and Kieran Deane.
Manager Keith Webb said: "I don't want people getting carried away, it's a great win but that's all it is."
He added: "We still have two very tough games left to go, it gives us a little bit of a cushion if you like, but that could count for nothing.
"We have to make sure we do battle on Saturday, because it won't be easy going to Gloucester, they're a tough side."

Webb was also delighted by the 1,302-strong crowd at The Walks, the fourth consecutive four-figure attendance at the ground.
"The crowd have been superb, I thought they were a different class tonight, it was nice to be able to give something back, give them a performance.
"We haven't played particularly well midweek, so this was a nice way to end it, our first midweek game against Corby we were poor but tonight I think we've put that right."
Lynn opened the scoring in the second minute with Francis' free-kick, his 23rd goal this season, and Sedgemore followed up with the second four minutes later.
Winger Michael Frew was then instrumental, forcing an own goal in the second half, then setting up Bloomfield and Deane to complete the scoring.
