Whild says Redditch's run since January has been 'brilliant' |
Redditch United manager Gary whild has hailed his side's recent unbeaten run in Blue Square North. The Reds, who travel to Tamworth on Tuesday, are undefeated in their last five games and have only lost twice since the start of the year.
"We've had a fantastic run for any team at this level," Whild told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"What we've put together since the start of January has been brilliant, the players have earned that right."
Meanwhile the Reds boss says winger James Johnson did receive a red card at the end of their bad tempered clash with Southport.
"It's come through as a sending off, I haven't looked at it specifically but I don't think it was for the foul [at the end of the game].
"Maybe the referee's seen something afterwards, there may have been things that went on after that we have to look in to."
