Barrow AFC are awaiting international clearance for midfielder Mark Boyd ahead of Tuesday's Setanta Shield fourth-round tie with Northwich. Boyd, who joined from Irish side Sligo last week, missed the weekend's trip to Harrogate but hopes he will be available for selection against Vics.
Northwich are currently struggling in the Blue Square Premier and lost 4-1 at Burton Albion on Saturday.
The winner of the tie will face a trip to York City in round five.
