Brass has decided to join Hyde United

Brass was recently appointed as Bury's centre of excellence manager.

However, the 31-year-old was not offered a new playing deal at Gigg Lane and has now decided to sign a contract with the Tigers.

Brass joined Bury in January 2006 following earlier lengthy spells with York City, where he had a stint as player-manager, and Burnley.
