Fairclough would welcome a return to Sussex in the future |
England National Game XI boss Paul Fairclough paid tribute to the Sussex crowds, after being pipped to the Four Nations Tournament title by Wales. Over 4,000 fans attended the three England games at Eastbourne Borough, while nearly 2,000 went to the other three games at Worthing and Bognor.
"I would certainly welcome bringing the tournament back to Sussex again in the future," Fairclough told The Argus.
"The support has been marvellous - it shows there is interest down here."
