Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari is looking to end his spell at Italian giants Inter Milan.
The Italian club's technical director Marco Branca revealed on Italian television that the 26-year-old had put in a transfer request.
Muntari was a near automatic first choice under Jose Mourinho in his first season at Inter.
However, Muntari lost his place in the team last season and has featured even less this term.
The former Portsmouth player has made just 12 appearances in all competitions, mostly as a substitute.
"He has made himself available to leave as long as a team wants him and is interested in him," Branca said on Italian television.
"He's a lad who is close to us, he's a good person even though sometimes he expresses opinions typical of someone who wants to play."
