Ghanaian youth international Ransford Osei will replace Pantsil in Angola
Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac has called up Ransford Osei and Jonathan Mensah for the African Cup of Nations in Angola.
The two youth internationals will replace John Pantsil and John Mensah who miss the tournament because of injuries.
Getafe's Derek Boateng had been called as a replacement for Panstil but his club rejected what they referred to as a late call up.
Defender Jonathan Mensah has just signed for Italian club Udinese, while Osei is a striker with FC Twente in Holland.
Both players were part of Ghana's victorious team at last year's Under-20 World Cup in Egypt.
Osei scored four goals during the tournament, to help Ghana become the first African country to lift the trophy.
The inclusion of both players means that eight members of that victorious youth squad, have been promoted to the senior team and will be going to the Nations Cup in Angola.
