CS Sfaxien won the Tunisian Cup with a penalty deep into extra time to beat US Monastir 1-0 in the final on Sunday.
Influential playmaker Issam Merdassi netted the late spot kick for Sfaxien in the town of Rades.
The two sides had battled through almost 120 minutes without a goal before Merdassi converted the kick.
It was Sfaxien's fourth Tunisian Cup triumph and they qualify for Africa's second club competition, the Confederation Cup.
Monastir were making their first appearance in the final.
