Tunisia got their World Cup campaign back on track after thumping Group Five rivals Malawi 7-0 in Tunis on Saturday.

Brazilian-born striker Francileudo dos Santos led the African champions' onslaught, scoring four goals in a match which leaves them four points behind group leaders Morocco.

Dos Santos grabbed his first goal in the 13th minute and added to this strike with a second-half hat-trick.

The Carthage Eagles' other goals came from Haykel Guemamdia after two minutes, a Jose Clayton penalty on the hour and with 11 minutes remaining, Turkey-based Kaies Ghodbane added the final goal.

Morocco had a tougher time against ten-man Guinea on Saturday but still managed to grind out a 1-0 win to stay top with 12 points from their six games.

The Syli Nationale had Celtic defender Bobo Balde dismissed in the first half after he kicked out at Morocco's Abdeslam Ouaddou when the ball was nowhere near the pair at the time.

Despite their numerical advantage, the Atlas Lions had to wait until the 65th minute to take the lead when Youssef Hadji pounced on a rebound to score the game's only goal.

In the other Group Five game, which was also played on Saturday, Kenya beat Botswana 1-0 in Nairobi to go second in the group.

The Harambee Stars dominated much of the game with Qatar-based Dennis Oliech causing plenty of trouble for the Botswana defence.

Oliech converted one of a few chances on the stroke of half-time as he headed home a cross from Zablon Amanake.

Despite having much of the play in the second half, the Kenyans failed to find a second goal.

The results mean that Morocco top the group, while Kenya's nine points leave them second while both Tunisia and Guinea have nine points.

At the other end of the table, Botswana have six points and Malawi three.
