Izilein wants Cameroon to learn from Nigeria |
Nigerian coach Godwin Izilien has promised to teach Cameroon a football lesson when the two sides meet in the final of the African women's championship in Johannesburg on Sunday.
Nigeria, who have won all three previous editions of the continental championship, intend to out-run and out-fox their physical opponents, according to Izilien.
 | Final Full time: Nigeria 4-0 Cameroon |
Cameroon will be making their first appearance in a final of this magnitude after surprising Ghana in Tuesday's semi-final.
And it will be Cameroon's second meeting with the Super Falcons at the two-week tournament in South Africa.
The Indomitable Lionesses twice came from behind to hold Nigeria to a 2-2 draw in their opening round group game.
But Izilien is dismissing Cameroon's chances of pulling off another surprise result, that draw being the only blemish on Nigeria's copybook at the tournament so far.
"I'm planning another mode of attack for the final to dislodge the Cameroonians who are very physical," he told BBC Sport.
"I'm working on my team's mobility and pace to ensure a free-flowing game.
"We're going to play good football. Cameroon are highly physical and robust but we're not going to give them time to do that. We're going to make them run and chase the ball."
"We're out to teach the Cameroonians what it is to play good football and after Sunday they might be forced to come back and learn from us," he said.
The Nigerians have only ever lost one match to African opposition in the past - a 1-0 defeat to bitter rivals Ghana at the last African women's championship.
