Edgar Watson is set to return for Uganda's SC Villa

Uganda's SC Villa have been boosted by the news that three key players will be fit for the second leg of their African Champions League preliminary round tie against Bakili Bullets of Malawi.

Skipper Edgar Watson, defender Phillip Obwiny and first choice goalkeeper Postnet Omwony will all be fit for the Ugandan Champions, as they look to overturn a 2-1 deficit.

" I am happy my experienced players are back, we must beat Bakili with a good score," said Villa's Serbian coach Sredojevic 'Micho' Milutin.

Watson, who has played for Villa for eight seasons, said they are hungry for a big win in front of their fans in Kampala.

"There is no way we are going to lose in front of our fans, we must give our best," Watson said.

The Bullets, supported by Malawian President Bakili Muluzi, are expected to arrive in Kampala on Thursday, and are bringing at least 30 fans with them on the same plane.

SC Villa are trying to be the first Ugandan side to reach the lucrative group stages of the African Champions League.

They went out in the first round proper last year when they lost Angola's AS Aviacao, they grabbed a surprise 2-1 win away from home before losing 2-0 in Uganda.
