Morocco international striker Hoalid Regragui was on target on 63 minutes for Ajaccio as they drew 1-1 with Bastia.

Unfortunately Marseille's Ivorian striker Didier Drogba was in the headlines for the wrong reasons, as he was sent off in his side's 1-0 defeat at Bordeaux.

There was good news and bad news for Gabon's Daniel Cousin - he scored for both teams as Le Mans side lost 4-2 to champions Monaco.

He was not the only one to have made a costly mistake for Le Mans. South African Thabang Molefe put the final goal past the 'keeper, with five minutes remaining.

Senegalese striker Mamadou Niang scored for Strasbourg in their 1-1 stalemate with Rennes, while Ivory Coast's Bonaventure Kalou found the net in Auxerre's 3-0 win over Toulouse.


Germany

Malian striker Ismael Coulibaly scored his first of the season as he equalised for Freiburg on the stroke of half-time, but couldn't stop his side from losing 4-1 to Stuttgart.


Holland

Gambian Edrissa Sankoh scored twice and his Ivorian team-mate Arouna Kone once as they helped Roda JC to a 5-1 thrashing of Den Haag.

Cameroon's Emile Mbamba hit the net to help Vitesse Arnhem come from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Volendam.

Moroccan Ouichou Ouhsaine was also on target for Volendam, scoring their second goal.


Belgium

Ivorian Lezou Doba scored his second of the season, when he opened scoring for Lokeren in their 2-0 win over Club Brugge.

Rwanda captain Desire Mbonabucya scored St Truiden's fourth goal against Mons-Bergen, giving his club the full points.

Cameroon's Emmanuel Kenmogne managed to pull back a late goal back for Mons-Bergen to make the final score 4-3.

Nigeria's Aliyu Datti Mohamed and Guinea's Sembegou Bangoura were both on the score sheet for Standard Liege, who thrashed Beveren 4-0.

Algeria's Mamar Mamouni scored an equaliser for La Louviere in the 74th minute but his side lost the game when Cercle Brugges scored a second goal just a minute later.


Turkey

Egypt's Abdelzaher El Saka gave Genclerbirligi an early lead after just five minutes, but they still lost 2-1 to Samsunspor.

His compatriot Ayman Abdelaziz scored in the second-half as his side Malatyaspor beat Elazigspor 3-0.

Tunisian Zied Jaziri shone for Gaziantepspor, scoring the second goal in his side's 4-1 thrashing of Ankaragucu.


Switzerland

Mohamed Kader of Togo scored for Servette but it was not enough to avoid a 2-1 defeat to Basel.

22-year-old DR Congo striker Mbolu M'futi salvaged a point for Neuchatel Xamax in their 1-1 draw with Aarau.

Ghanaian striker Alex Tachie-Mensah was on target for St Gallen but they still lost 5-2 to Grasshoppers.
