Got an opinion? Express it here. Each week we throw a different subject to let followers of African football have their say. Some of your views will be read on Fast Track - the BBC's African sports programme.
This week the topic is:
Which team do you think will win this year's Champions League - Africa's most prestigious club competition?
Group A appears particularly difficult with ASEC of Ivory Coast, Ismailia of Egypt, Enyimba of Nigeria and Simba of Tanzania.
But there are no soft touches in group B either, which consists of Esperance of Tunisia, Canon Yaounde of Cameroon, USMA of Algeria and AS Aviacao of Angola.
Tell us who you think will be crowned champions of Africa in 2003. No matter how controversial your views may be, use the form on the right to have your say.
With the current form of Enyimba, I think it is high time that Nigeria takes its position as number one club soccer nation in Africa by finally shaking off the shame of 37 years. Go Enyimba, go for GOLD.
Abiodun Adebayo, Columbus,OH, USA It takes teamwork, commitment and good management to win the biggest club trophy in Africa. The team that boasts of these and much more is Nigerian representative Enyimba. Anything short of the Cup will be a disappointment for them.
Oluwashina Okeleji, Nigeria
I think Enyimba will win this year's Champions League. They are called the home-based Super Eagles, so I believe this is their year.
Obeya Steven, Nigeria
With a team boasting several Tunisian internationals, a sound infrastructure and sponsorship, Esperance are my favourites to lift the trophy.
David Madzivanyika, Zimbabwe
Group A looks very tough, especially for Enyimba. But I have been following their progress in the Nigerian league and I think they are Champions League material.
Boma, Mexico City
I honestly think that this will be the year that Nigeria breaks their embarrassing jinx in this competition. But I am worried that officials are already rejoicing over what they perceive to be an easy group. This may lead to complacency.
Afolabi Gambari, Nigeria
I think if Enyimba get their act together, they can break the jinx which has seen Nigerian clubs fail to win the Champions League for 37 years.
Emeka Nwani, Nigeria
I believe this year Enyimba will bring Champions League glory to Nigeria
Michael Agamah, Accra
As a Tanzanian, my heart tells me that Simba, who dethroned the defending champions, Zamalek, will do it. But my head fancies ASEC.
Moddy Kiluvia, New York, USA
Even though I'd like Ismailia of Egypt to win it, I think it will either be Esperance of Tunisia or ASEC Abidjan.
Mohamed Younis, USA.
On current form, I foresee a final between two group A teams: Enyimba and Ismailia. And at the end of the day I see Enyimba breaking the jinx.
Kingsley Anoshiri, USA
USMA of Algeria will win. They are the best. Go USMA.
Hamid, USA.
As an ardent Simba supporter, I fancy my team to go all the way. The fact that Simba are the underdogs makes it more interesting.
Sameer Patel, Leeds, UK
The balance of power in Africa is slowly beginning to shift. My homeland Kenya and Rwanda are the first east African countries to qualify for the Nations Cup finals in eons. Simba winning the Champions League this year is, therefore, the next step for this great region!
Titus, New Jersey, USA
Enyimba of Nigeria could do well but mismanagement may prolong the jinx. Ismailia or Esperance - two teams with better management and experience - have better chances of winning the Champions League.
Owuka Uche, New York, USA
The Cup will stay in its home, Egypt, for the third consecutive year with Ismailia winning it. I'm confident that the 'Brazilians of Egypt' can do it.
Hisham Tantawi, Montreal, Canada
It's going to be a team from north Africa for sure. I'm from Egypt and would love to see Ismailia win but I rank the teams as follows: Esperance, Ismailia, and USM Alger.
Ihab Sayed, Egypt
Enyimba. As simple as that.
Chukwudum Uche, USA
With the experience and organisation that they have, Esperance are the favourites but in football you never know.
Bashir Nwer, UK
In the absence of the holders Zamalek, I think Esperance's chances of winning are more than 50%. I tip them to face ASEC Abidjan in the final.
Moustapha Bekheet, Egypt
Simba will surprise everyone.
Ibrahim Wambwere & Nick Kimilili, Kenya
No one seems to have mentioned Canon Yaounde so far but we should remember that they are a tough side.
Gerard Ndiangang, South Africa
