Egyptian striker Mido continued his fine form at new Spanish club Celta Vigo by scoring both goals in a 2-0 victory over Osasuna in La Liga. The 20-year old's brace raised Celta's hopes of a place in the Uefa Champions League next season.
Mido, who has scored three goals in three appearances for his Spanish club since arriving on loan from Ajax, has until the summer to sort out the protracted affair between his new club and the Dutch giants, who are seeking five million Euros before letting him go.
Having been kicked out of Ajax by coach Ronald Koeman, Mido confirmed that his problem was not with the Amsterdam side but their manager.
"I do not have problems with Ajax, but I do not want to go back if Koeman will still be there," Mido confirmed.
"All I want to concentrate on at the moment is to help Celta to play in the Champions League next year."
Mido was nominated for the 2002 African Footballer of the Year award but he lost out to the Senegal striker El Hadji Diouf.
