Ramzy suffers from a right knee injury
Kaiserslautern defender, Hany Ramzy has been ruled out of action for the rest of the German league season after aggravating a knee injury on Saturday.

The 34-year-old Egyptian was involved in a serious clash with Hansa Rostock's Togolese striker Bachirou Salou.

Ramzy was taken off in 60th minute and he will need surgery to his torn right knee ligaments.

The incident is also a blow to Ramzy's future international assignments.

He was dropped for an African nations Cup game against Mauritius last month, but coach Mohsen Saleh had plans to recall him for a friendly against France on 30 April.
