(Ghana win 10-9 on penalties)

2004 Nations Cup hosts Tunisia won the four nations friendly tournament in Tunis on Sunday after beating African champions Cameroon 1-0.

Tunisia scored the winner late in the game when midfielder Riadh Bouazizi hit a powerful shot from 30-yards after coming on as a substitute.

Tunisia played far better than they had done in Thursday's game against Ghana, which they only won on penalties.

French coach Roger Lemerre made a few small changes which led to far more chances being created and a more solid looking defence.

The hosts went on to play a far better game and missed many chances.

But the Tunisians first had to survive an early shock when Cameroon were awarded a penalty in the seventh minute.

But Samuel Etoo Fils missed the chance to put the Indomitable Lions ahead.

In the 3rd place play-off, Ghana squandered a two goal lead to allow Madagascar back into the game, and conceded an 88th minute goal to send the game to penalties, which they eventually one.
