12 March: Cameroon
Thomas Nkono and Joseph Omog have been sacked as assistant coaches. The move is attributed to the 3-0 walloping by Ivory Coast last month. Martin Ntoungou Mpil� replaces Omog, while Mbarga Pierre takes over as the new goalkeeping trainer. Mpil� coached the team which won the 2000 Olympics, while Mbarga Pierre has coached national youth sides.
12 March: Sierra Leone
Leone Stars Coach Jose Antonio Nogueira has selected nine foreign-based players for their encounter with Morocco in Freetown on 29 March.
Italy-based Mohamed Kallon is among the invitees, despite being injured. Nogueira said Kallon would go to Freetown earlier than the other players for a fitness test.
The overseas players include Chernor Mansaray (Egypt), John Keister (England) and Leone Stars captain Lamin 'Junior Tumbu' Conteh (UAE).
Coach Nogueira now has twenty-nine players in his squad for a game which will be his first competitive fixture for the team.
