| Friday, 14 February, 2003, 14:07 GMT Yekini set for comeback ![]() Yekini's finest hour was at USA '94 Former Super Eagles striker Rashidi Yekini is set to make his debut for Nigerian club Julius Berger having decided to go ahead with his comeback. Yekini, who is now 40, told BBC Sport that he was expecting nothing from the match, but was just happy to be playing again. "I think I will make my debut tomorrow. I'm ready," Yekini said. "I do not promise anything. "I come to enjoy my football. I have no dream." But he could not hide his joy at being back in Nigeria. "It is good to be back at my sweet home. I started my career here," the former Super Eagle pointed out. "I'm happy because people appreciate me." Yekini was inspirational for Nigeria at the World Cup debut at USA '94, scoring the Super Eagles' first goal of the tournament. And he admitted he was sad to have finished playing for the national side. "I miss it a lot because it is my country. I always like to do my best for the country. "When you see the flag flying you are always very happy to do something for a nation." But he added that he was now fully part of the Berger setup and was friends with all of his team-mates. "Sincerley speaking they give me their respect. I love them all. I have nothing against anybody.
