Bernard Don Bortey got the first for Ghana in the first half. Wisdom Abbey then gave Ghana breathing space after the break, and Michael Asante wrapped things up. After the match Afraine, who is hopeful of securing the job as Ghana boss on a permanent basis, was in bullish mood. "Even for a quarter of what the expats get, I could do a better job," Afraine told BBC Sport Online. There is currently a division in Ghana between the FA, who favour a foreign coach, and the government, who want to appoint a home-based boss. Next week Ghana will play Nigeria in Lagos in the second of two friendlies, having lost the first at home 1-0. | Top Africa stories now: Links to more Africa stories are at the foot of the page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
