Leekens sits on the fence
The match on February 12 will be played in Annaba
Leekens first match is against Belgium
Hamid Zouba will be in charge of the Algerian side that play Uganda on 25 January, said officials of the Algerian Football Federation.

Leekens' first official match will be against his own country Belgium on 12 February in Annaba.

Only domestic league players will feature in the East African friendly international.

The 19-man squad for the match includes six players from JS Kabylie, who won the Confederation of African Football (Caf) Cup for a record third time in November.

Squad:

Goalkeepers: Lounes Gaouaoui (JS Kabylie), Slimane Ould Mata (Chabab Belouizdad), Mohamed Samadi (USM Blida)

Defenders: Slimane Aribi (USM Alger), Anwar Boudjakdji (Chabab Belouizdad), Smain Diss (USM Blida), Noureddine Drioueche (JS Kabylie), Khaled Ismail (Entente Setif), Brahim Zafour (JS Kabylie), Samir Zazou (Chabab Belouizdad)

Midfielders: Hocine Achiou (USM Alger), Farouk Belkaid, Lounes Bendahmane (JS Kabylie), Karim Ghazi (USM Alger), Kamel Maouche (USM Blida)

Strikers: Yacine Amaouche (JS Kabylie), Amar Ammour (USM Alger), Bouabdellah Daoud (Mouloudia Oran), Samir Ghaloul (USM Blida)
