Zambia have named a revamped squad for this weekend's Cosafa Castle Cup quarter-final clash against Mozambique in Blantyre.

Nine new caps are included by coach Patrick Phiri for his first match in charge of the Chipolopolo (Bullets).

Phiri has named just one foreign-based player, Gift Kampamba, among the 11 players who were at the African Nations Cup in Mali.

Missing in the new-look Bullets are captain Denis Lota and defenders Jones Mwewa and Hilary Makasa.

The new coach also added Roston Kilambe in the team after the player's return from a doping suspension.

Phiri has replaced Danish coach Raould Poulsen who failed to see the side beyond the group stag at the Nations Cup.

Meanwhile, there is a question mark over ace midfielder Kampamba of the South African club Sundowns.

Kampamba is reported to be in a dispute with Sundowns after undergoing trials in Germany without his club's permission.
