Martin Hayes' side have only reached the first round once in 20 years
Dover Athletic, Dartford and Hythe Town are all two wins away from the first round of the FA cup after winning their second qualifying round ties.
Dover made easy work of Kent league's Erith Town winning 5-1 with goals from Adam Birchall and Elliot Charles.
Dartford won 2-1 at home to Ryman league side Lowestoft with Carl Rook and Danny Harris on target.
Hythe Town beat fellow Kent league club Erith & Belvedere 4-1 while the game between Cray and Ebbsfleet ended 2-2.
Dover manager Martin Hayes told BBC Radio Kent: "Just winning the game is what it's all about. We didn't get out of first gear and it's a good thing we were so clinical. It could have been 4-4 after 25 minutes."
Erith boss Steve O'Boyle was proud of his side, who had only played in the second qualifying round once before.
"First 20 minutes we hit the woodwork, we gave it a right go," he said.
"Maybe the difference was the quality in the final third. If we had that little bit of luck we could have had a look at it, but they're a good side.
"All I said is that's gone, don't feel sorry for yourself, and we're going to give it a go next week [against Holmesdale] in the Kent league."
At Cray, the home side went 2-1 up with 15 minutes to go through Laurent Hamici's, his 12th goal of the season, but Ebbsfleet levelled through Calum Willock but also missed a last minute penalty.
Fleet manager Liam Daish said: "It feels weird. Disappointed we haven't gone through because of the late penalty, but after going 2-1 down I'm happy to get a second bite of the cherry."
But Cray manager Ian Jenkins was also relieved to get through. He added: "I take the draw in the end because of the penalty save but I thought we should have won it really. I thought when we went to 1-1 we were the better side. We had a good opportunity there."
Elsewhere, Maidstone United lost 1-0 to bottom side Horsham, Sittingbourne moved into the Ryman South play-off places following a 2-0 win at Ramsgate, their fourth in a row, and VCD went top of the Kent league with a 2-2 draw at home to Norton Sports.
