Jon Nurse scored an injury-time equaliser for Dagenham & Redbridge as they snatched a late point at Charlton.
Lee Martin hit the bar for the hosts before Miguel Llera headed in a Johnnie Jackson corner to give them the lead.
The visitors levelled when Therry Racon fouled Bas Savage in the box and Danny Green scored the resulting penalty.
Charlton thought they had won it when Jackson headed in a Racon cross on 90 minutes but Nurse nodded home in stoppage time to clinch a point.
