Bromley are four points clear at the top of Blue Square Bet South after making it seven straight league wins with a 2-0 victory at Maidenhead.
"Perhaps we had some luck in the early games," Bromley manager Mark Goldberg told BBC Radio Kent. "But we've been working hard and we're improving."
Dover Athletic lost for the first time, 1-0 at home to Eastleigh.
Manager Martin Hayes said: "It's hard to explain, we looked sluggish. Our marking was at fault for the goal."
Welling moved up to fifth in the table, level on points with Dover, after a 3-1 home win against Boreham Wood.
Dartford notched their second win of the campaign as they beat Weston-super-Mare 4-1 at Princes Park, Charlie Sheringham scoring twice for Darts.
Ebbsfleet's Callum Willock put them ahead at home to Staines Town, but a second half goal from Ali Shabaan meant the points were shared.
"I'm disappointed we didn't get the win. We had opportunities to go further ahead but we're just not scoring enough goals at the moment," said Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish.
In the Ryman Premier League, Cray were the biggest winners, beating Harrow Borough 5-1, Tonbridge won their first game of the season, Maidstone drew, while there were defeats for Folkestone Invicta and Margate.
