Faversham Town began their first ever season in the Ryman league with a 2-2 draw away to Whitehawk.
They twice went ahead, through Tom Hickman and Dane Luchford, but conceded an equaliser after the break.
Manager Justin Luchford told BBC Radio Kent: "It was a very good game and if we had a goal allowed that was ruled out it would have been different."
Bromley kept their 100% record by winning at Hampton while Ebbsfleet Welling and Chatham also won.
Paul Vines and Jerome Sobers scored Bromley's goals in the 2-1 win that means they are one of just two sides with three wins out of three in Blue Square Bet South.
Ebbsfleet made it two away wins in a week with Michael West scoring twice in their 3-0 win at Bishop's Stortford.
West, who did not score at all last season, has now scored three goals this season.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "It's about time, I'm happy. But it's not just for me, it's the team. We all want to go up this season."
Manager Liam Daish added: "It was a great finish by Westy, and he was picked out very well by Tom Phipp, who I gave a debut today. Good goal, clean sheet and three goals away from home."
Welling scored two late goals through Jack Parkinson and Jamie Day to beat Havant and Waterlooville 2-1 and Dover striker Ben Hunt scored on his debut in stoppage time to take a point from a 1-1 draw with Staines Town.
Dartford lost 2-1 to Farnborough and are still waiting for their first win.
Manager Tony Burman said: "I'm disappointed. The first week we have had a bit of a baptism but I felt we have given them a goal, we had possession second half and at the wrong time their penalty has come."
"We got a goal back five minutes to go but the quality hasn't come through as I would like it to."
Chatham Town are the only Kent Ryman league side to win after beating Corinthian Casuals 1-0 in Ryman South.
Margate were the only Kent side to take a point in Ryman Premier after Craig Cloke and Dean Grant scored in their 2-2 draw with Canvey Island.
