Bels won the 2008 Guernsey FA Cup final 4-2 against Saints
Guernsey FA Cup holders Belgrave Wanderers could travel to St Martin's for a quarter-fnial tie that would be a repeat of last year's final.
But Saints will need to overcome NP Valencia in their delayed first round match for the game to go ahead.
St Martin's would be hoping to revenge their defeat in May, when they dropped from a two goal lead to lose 4-2.
GFA chairman Mark Le Tissier described it as the potential tie of the round, to be played over the 2-3 January.
In the other ties, Saints Social Club or Office Maker will be at home to Rovers, Northerners host Rangers and Sylvans are at home to Guernsey Athletics.
