Brackley Town have signed young Oxford United striker Matt Taylor on a one-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old's move to St James Park follows a similar pattern for United youth team players who are in need of first-team experience.
"It is something we've done with a lot of local clubs," Oxford United's youth development officer Les Taylor told the club's website.
"They are playing men's football and it really helps."
Fellow U's striker Alex Fisher has been impressive in a similar arrangement at Oxford City, while full-back Ian Sampson has also found the back of the net in the Southern League for Didcot.
