Forster saw Henley relegated from National League Two last season |
Henley Hawks coach Jason Forster has said the level of finances that the club can generate may determine their future success in National Three South. The Hawks are still a part-time outfit unlike some of the divisions big spenders, and Forster admits that they are unable to compete financially. "Everything comes down to money," he told BBC Oxford. "We are no different even though we are in an affluent area in Henley. It depends if people want to spend." He added: "Those decisions are down to the board and the people in charge. They make the decisions, we can only go by what they say."
