Peel and Rushen both won their semi-finals on Boxing Day to set up an Old Firm Railway Cup final.
Rushen continued their impressive recent form by beating St Georges 3-1 at Croit Lowey.
Aaron Hawley bagged a brace for the Spaniards with Paul Jones netting a third, Jack McVey scored for Geordies.
Meanwhile holders Peel beat St Marys 2-1 at the Bowl and with all the goals coming in the first 20 minutes it was a tense affair.
Peel manager Rick Holden was grateful missed chances did not come back to haunt his team.
He said: "At 2-1 they were always in with a shout, all they needed was a piece of luck.
"If you miss a few chances, you start to wonder but the lads did well today, I'm proud of them and we're in another final."
Kerron Christian scored both goals for Peel with Marc Priestnal on target for St Marys.
