Redditch United's first-round tie at Alfreton Town was also off due to a waterlogged pitch at the Impact Arena.
Both games have been rescheduled for Tuesday, 16 December with the kick-offs at 1945 GMT.
Stourport Swifts' Southern League Midland Division game at home to Rothwell Town was also postponed.
