Pakistan - Players to watch
Given their record of producing world-class players, it is remarkable Pakistan have not won more tournaments.
The Imran Khan-led triumph in Australia in 1992 remains their only World Cup success, and last time round in South Africa they failed to progress beyond the initial group stage.
Their inconsistency was demonstrated perfectly at the Champions Trophy in India when a batting order featuring Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf and Shahid Afridi was bowled out for 89 by South Africa.
