Visa fear eased for Pakistan fans
West Indian authorities are setting up a temporary visa office in Pakistan to help fans planning to travel to the Caribbean for next month's World Cup.

The special Caricom visa has been introduced for visitors to the nine countries involved in the tournament.

But it was previously difficult to obtain within Pakistan, with fans obliged to make a trip to Indian capital Delhi or post their passports.

A Pakistan Cricket Board spokesman said: "This is a major breakthrough."
