Sussex have announced the largest sponsorship deal in their history, with Farnrise appointed as main sponsor for the next three seasons. The construction company's branding will appear on the County Championship, Twenty20 and Pro40 kits. Club chief executive Dave Brooks said: "This relationship has developed very successfully over the past six months. "We look forward to welcoming Farnrise, their board, and their staff in to the Sussex family." The arrangement, which includes an option to extend for a further two seasons, also includes sponsorship of the academy, age group and representative teams, as well as Sussex women and juniors. There will also be funding for the club and board's work in the community. Sussex recently announced they are in the black following the publication of their financial results for the year to October 2009. They made a small surplus of almost £1,500 after posting a record income of £5.8m. Chairman Jim May put it down to winning two trophies and qualifying for the Champions League in India.
