Surrey captain Mark Butcher thinks former Pakistan bowler Saqlain Mushtaq is returning to his peak form.

The 31-year-old was a key part of the county's three County Championship title wins between 1999 and 2002.

The off-spinner has rejoined Surrey after a year with Sussex, following his recovery from serious knee problems.

Butcher told BBC London 94.9: "He's looking the goods - it gives me a warm tingle when I think of him bowling the way that he used to."
