Building millionaire Lynn Wilson had a long involvement with Northants cricket

Friends and colleagues are set to gather at Lord's today to remember millionaire Lynn Wilson.

Northamptonshire's former chairman, president and patron died in a road accident in Scotland last July.

Guests at the event - in the famous Long Room - are expected to include Sir Ian Botham, Allan Lamb and racing trainer Nicky Henderson.

"Lynn was a very positive man who loved the game of cricket," said current Northants chairman Martin Lawrence.

"He had a very wide spectrum of friends and we have around 150 of them coming to this event, which is wonderful."
