Former batsman Tim Boon has been coach of Leicestershire since 2006 |
Leicestershire coach Tim Boon says his side have more to offer in the FP t20 Cup than they have shown so far. The Foxes have lost two of their four games, to Derbyshire and Durham. Boon told BBC Radio Leicester: "We've got a lot more in the tank and I'm still confident we can go a long way in the competition. "We've got to capitalise on our strengths, get big runs on the board and we know that we've got the bowlers who up to now have held it very well." Leicestershire's next match is against Northamptonshire Steelbacks at Grace Road on Friday. Boon said: "We're looking forward to that, we've been away for a while now so it'll be nice to get back to Grace Road."
