David Harrison returned to form and fitness for Glamorgan

Sussex all-rounder Michael Yardy scored 62 and hit the winning runs off the final ball to see off Glamorgan at Hove in a second one-day pre-season defeat.

The Welsh county made 182 in a game restricted by rain to 40 overs.

David Harrison and Michael Powell regained form and fitness for the visitors, but their best efforts were not enough.

Yardy entered the fray with 80 runs needed and he struck 62 as Sussex won by three wickets.
